> What is your meditation background? Right now, I'm doing a loving-kindness meditation every morning. I like it a lot. I radiate loving-kindness to the hell realms, hungry ghost realms, the morphic fields of the religious groups, the ends of the physical universe. I should start doing the self-introspection diary at night, but havent done so yet.

I play the MSIA wealth builder mp3 and related speeches/chants as I drift off to sleep.

All questions below are philosophical. All philosophy aside, I personally adore Sant Mat and would like to see the Lords of the various planes in action. Some times you just have to do what you like instead of doing what you think is highest or best. But anyway, here are some questions that have come to mind:

(A) Is the astral realm the emotional realm?

(B) I'm studying Spiritologie once again. It's a system developed by the reincarnation of L. Rob Hubbard. They would say there are 3 universes: 1) my personal universe [the only place where truth is] 2) the personal universes of other beings 3) this shared universe that comes about when people start imaginging certain things in their personal universes.

I asked a Spiritologist about the 5 planes of Sant Mat and her only answer was: "if you believe there is such a thing, then it certainly exists."

Her point was that truth is personal whereas reality is something shared, including something like the sant mat cosmology.

So it's hard to figure out whether Spiritologie is just another Universal Mind/causal plane system where thoughts make reality. Or whether Sant Mat is just a shared reality that I found out about because I thought there had to be something like it.

Here is the Spiritologie text:

(C) you said before that there are unexplored regions of Sach Khand. What are you supposed to do in the purely spiritual realms that you cant do here?

(C.1) Are there realms more hellish than planet Earth? Is there life on other planets in the physical plane? How would I find this out for myself?

(D) Does cannabis keep one in Kal's grip? It certainly has anti-cancer properties. And it leads to some sort of spiritual experience without external dependency. But then again, so did my isolation tank. But I'm pretty sure the tank was just empowering me to astral travel at will. It was fun though.

(E) Is reaching Sach Khand the same as achieving Nirvikalpa Samadhi? If so, then perhaps Zen Buddhism is equal to Sant Mat because they certainly achieve Samadhi. And apparently Kundalini paths lead to Nirvikalpa Samadhi as [well](http://www.godrealized.org/kundalini_awakening.html)

(F) I find it interesting that Theravada Buddhism is anti-samadhi. They are content to observe all phenomena as impermanent without altering it. Contrast that with 'higher' Buddhisms and Yoga where they aim for shutting down the mind altogether (as do the spiritologists). One group says reality exists and is impermanent. The other group says: "nothing exists unless I think it so, including Sant Mat planes, Sach Khand, Inner Masters, etc"

(G) This ringing in my right ear started about 1 month after my Kundalini initiation. I'm not sure if it's the unstruck sound (anahata nada) or a physical ailment. I think Kirpal Singh said it was some sort of sound of air running over the nerves.
