It drills 5 parts of the communication cycle:
- Observation - bare perception
- Distance - separation between two terminals
- Consideration - I'm not sure how consideration is being used in
this context.
- Attention - deciding to observe a particular terminal
- Confront - to be here comfortably and perceive

Based on the above, it is clear that all but distance can be drilled
via voice chat (e.g. Skype, Yahoo).
